      以青海柴达木盆地大柴旦盐湖区作为研究区,选取赖草(Leymus secalinu (Georgi) Tzvel.)、海韭菜(Triglochin matitimum L.)、毛穗赖草(Leymus paboanus (Claus) Pilger)、芦苇(Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin.ex Steud)等4种优势盐生植物为研究对象,分析了4种优势盐生植物及其植物组合根系周围土体含盐量及其变化规律,探讨了盐生植物及其组合的降盐效果。研究结果表明,4种植物根系周围土体中的盐含量均随着距离根系距离的增大而增加,土体中含盐量逐渐增大且接近背景值,距离根系0~50 cm土体平均含盐量相比距离50~100 cm土体分别降低7.63%、21.79%、44.40%和53.99%;4种盐生植物组合根系在地表以下垂直方向0~10 cm、10~20 cm、20~30 cm深度处,土体含盐量随着距离土体表层深度增加呈逐渐降低。4种盐生植物组合在地表以下垂直方向0~10 cm、10~20 cm、20~30 cm深度处,土体含盐量分别相对素土相同深度处土体含盐量分别下降3.95%~49.01%、1.90%~59.61%、39.62%~71.20%。本项研究结果有助于探讨盐生植物根系周围土体的含盐量水平方向和盐生植物组合垂直方向的变化规律,同时对进一步开展采用盐生植物有效防治区内土地盐渍化具有理论价值和实际意义。

      :In the present work,Da Qaidam salt lake region was taken as the experimental area.Four dominant halophytes (Leymus secalinu (Georgi) Tzvel.,Triglochin matitimum L.,Leymus paboanus (Claus) Pilger,Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin.ex Steud) and their corresponding assemblages were taken as the experimental objects.The soil salinity and the variation regularity surrounding the roots system were determined and analyzed,and the bio-desalinization effect by halophytes was investigated as well.The results showed,the soil salinity within 0~100 cm horizontally surrounding the 4 halophytes exhibited increasing trend as the distance between the plants and test site increased gradually and was approximate to the background value,which showed that the soil salinity in 0~50 cm near the root declined by 7.63%、21.79%、44.40% and 53.99% compared to those in 50~100 cm near the plant system.The soil salinity in the vertical direction from top soil to the deeper layer exhibited a declining trend,that is to say,the soil salinity in 0~10 cm,10~20 cm,20~30 cm below the surface dropped by 3.95%-49.01%、1.90%-59.61%、39.62%-71.20% in contrast to soil without roots.The result contributes to investigating the variation of soil salinity of the soil surrounding the halophytes and their corresponding assemblages in vertical and horizontal direction,and it plays a role in applying halophytes to preventing arable land salinization.
