盐田“兑卤—蒸发”工艺缩短成矿周期的可行性分析

      依据K+,Na+,Mg2+∥Cl--H2O四元水盐体系相图,以察尔汗盐湖原卤为原料,采用“兑卤—蒸发”工艺制取含钠光卤石矿原矿,通过相图分析及“物料衡算”,探讨了缩短成矿周期的可行性。结果表明,采用盐田“兑卤—蒸发”工艺缩短成矿周期是不可行的,而且兑卤后得到的含钠光卤石原矿品质有所下降。

      :The feasibility analysis of shortening cycle during the process of producing carnallite by mixed brine of the original brine and E brine from the Chaerhan salt lake in Qinghai province and isothermally evaporating brine in solar salt pan was studied by material balance and analysis of the phase diagram of K+,Na+,Mg2 +∥Cl--H2O system.Results showed that shortening cycle during the process of producing carnallite by mixing brine and evaporating brine is impossible.Moreover,compared with evaporation of original brine the quality of the carnallite produced by mixed brine gets worse.
